  • David Searby – Principal
    The Principal of Spaces, David Searby, started in the industry, with a Degree in Building over 30 years ago. He has had broad experience within the industry, having worked as a client side Project Manager, Development Manager, and Construction Manager, prior to founding Spaces in 2007.
  • Jason Timos – Construction Director
    Jason joined Spaces Australia whilst completing his Degree in Construction Management, and has been integral in developing many of the strong relationships we enjoy with clients and sub- contractors. Jason is responsible for all aspects of construction and delivers each project with passion and integrity.
  • David Ellison – Senior Site Manager
    Dave is highly regarded by our long term clients, for his fastidious approach to managing sites. He has managed many technically challenging projects, including ICU and Molecular research laboratories and establishes strong relationships with the user groups and technical specialists.
